The Law of Turned Consequence
Ceroavaono names a governing law of the encoded material systems federation: harm and/or error is not a terminal state. Rather artifacts and controllers recurse to Basecell for review/reparation and refinement.
Ceroavaono establishes the conditions under which events—regardless of origin—are redirected into constructive consequence. What enters the system as damage does not remain fixed; it is processed, reoriented and refined, and progressed.
Structural Integrity: This is not a doctrine or belief layer. It is a structural rule. The system does not preserve destructive endpoints; it converts them.

THE CITADEL
The Citadel is the high, severe summit rising above Kurtal and Broli, known in James Ullman’s sense not as a built fortress but as the alpine fact itself — snow field, black ridge, ice face, and impossible ascent.
Below the snow field sits Base Zero, the only true stronghold on the mountain’s lower reach. To the passing eye it is a mountaineering outfitter: rope, steel, wool, waxed canvas, skins, frames, field tools, and weather gear prepared for those who enter the high country.
Its deeper purpose is largely unknown: Base Zero is the residence of The Collected, who like his partner, The Gilded, is a Ceroavaono eternal, and keeper of every frame and every skin that has ever entered a worldgate.

Mem is a Ceroavaono eternal. She draws thread and textile from the beginning of time. Mem’s wardrobe follows the movement of thread: from Ur to Babylon, to Mari, Ebla, Ugarit, Byblos, Tyre, Sidon; and from Alexandria, Constantinople, Venice, Bruges, and Flanders.
She brings wool from Sumer, linen from Egypt, purple dye from Phonecia, Silk from Byzantium, Velvet from Italy, and tapestry and broadcloth from Flanders. And she channels the women who made and wore them.

Porcelain Merida is steward of the savannah and guardian of the inland seas.
She precedes the Gilded, surveying routes, preparing safe passage, and quietly ensuring that the Gilded’s way is always prepared in advance.
